A full house was treated to a brilliant evening of music, featuring:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Strawberry Jammers:  <\/strong>A feast of folk, a hint of blues and a little bit of rock and roll<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tim and Esme Garland:<\/strong> Traditional & self-penned songs and tunes on cittern, guitar, percussion & fiddle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

King of Rome:<\/strong> An eclectic mix of Americana, folk, English & Irish country and original material<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

At the end of the night, a wonderful \u00a31277 had been raised for HLMT funds, all of which will go to supporting the training and accommodation fees of midwifery students in Liberia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Huge thanks to the musicians and to Dave Martin on sound, all of whom supported the event without charge; to HLMT trustees Carol, Pete and Stella; to HLMT supporters who helped raffle tickets and clear away after the event – Carol L, Carrie, Chris J, Glenys, Janet, John, Lyn, Mary, Ruth and Val.
